The Black Country authorities playing pitch strategies suggest an increase in provision of Artificial Grass Pitches (AGPs).
Wolverhampton Sandwell and Dudley Built Facility Strategies (BFS) indicate an issue with secured access to sports halls, and Dudley and Sandwell BFS suggest an issue around the need for more swimming pool provision.
I would suggest a BFS is required Black Country wide to look at increase housing implications on Swimming Pool and Sports Hall provision.
