1. Loss of valuable green belt land. Bridlepath essential for mental health when walking to country park.
2. Road structure unable to cope now more traffic would have an adverse effect on environment.
3. Roads already congested with learner drivers and lorries for test centre.
4. No easy access to A449 with recent road layout changes.
5. Poor supermarket provision in the area
6. School promised years ago and never materialised .
7. Moseley Old Hall would be surrounded by housing.
