Much of the existing ENV5 is out of date and needs some major changes to reflect more recent Government and LLFA Policy and Strategy changes.
The current ENV5 is very much aimed at river flood risk and we need to ensure more reference is made to Surface water flooding. Surface water flooding is the major risk in the Black Country NOT river flooding
