It appears that as Birmingham required homes they could no way produce, the West Midlands Combined Authority was formed as a annexation of building on greenbelt of surrounding areas.

We cannot breathe now with the level of traffic here in Wordsley Stourbridge yet 121 homes are being forced onto a congested B road. Surely bungalows for the elderly would be better? Less traffic on congested road and a community of like minded folk to live happily - freeing up larger homes for families.
