In response to the above consultation, I offer the following comment on behalf of the National Federation of Gypsy Liaison Groups.

We oppose the removal of Transit site provision as suggested in paragraph 6.42. The suggestion that the need for transit site provision can be addressed through enforcement is grossly misleading and discriminatory.

Black Country Core Strategy -- Issues and Options Report
In response to the above consultation, I offer the following comment on behalf of the National Federation of Gypsy Liaison Groups.
We oppose the removal of Transit site provision as suggested in paragraph 6.42. The suggestion that the need for transit site provision can be addressed through enforcement is grossly misleading and discriminatory.
