Our comments relate to a parcel of land on the Bridgnorth Road in Compton, which was put forward as a potential housing site in the 2017 call for sites exercise (ref. 76). We suggest that this site be added to the list of proposed housing allocations within Wolverhampton, as shown in Table 43 of the Draft BCP.

We believe the site should have been awarded a low to medium value in the Landscape Sensitivity Assessment, which forms part of the BCP evidence base. As such, it is equally as suitable for removal from the green belt as proposed allocations WOH265-267.
