These representations are submitted on behalf of our client, Everest Homes, and in relation to the site known as
the Old Stags Head Public House and its associated car park.

The representations seek to demonstrate the inherent suitability and, indeed, sustainability of delivering
development at this site.

We show that the development of the sites would not conflict with the 5 purposes of the Green Belt and would be, therefore, be suitable for release. Indeed, the car park site immediately abuts the established urban area of Penn and marks a logical site for future development.

Conclusions on suitability

Based on this information, the site is suitable to accommodate residential development and represents a logical infill site, which rounds off the built character of Penn.

The development of the site will make a small, yet important contribution, in meeting the housing
needs of Wolverhampton and the Black Country as a whole.
