I have doubts about the need for LEPs. Do they create extra bureaucracy? Would their role be delivered more efficiently via Local Authorities - either individually or, preferably, together as with the BCP? Does funding them divert funds away from Local Authorities?

Does not go far enough. It looks a lot a big business but not at smaller and micro business. Not very inclusive.
