I strongly object to the proposals for new housing as greenbelt land in Pelsall and Shelfield. We already have far too much traffic coming through our village daily and are unable to see GP's as they are so overwhelmed. Our Schools are at bursting point and bringing more people to the area will only make this much worse. Building new infrastructure, gp surgeries, schools, shops, etc. would again make this worse and destroy the village even more including making shops/businesses that have been here for dozens of years redundant. More housing on greenbelt land would also destroy the abundance of wildlife and nature in the area leading to more of an impact on the environment, C02 reduction etc etc. There are many Brownfield sites elsewhere in the country that should be considered first.
