Road infrastructure in Pelsall and Rushall already struggles in rush hour. Even without extensive development in the Pelsall and Brownhills area, there can be queues with Rushall at or before 0730 of 500m, occasionally more. Housing development in S Staffs and Cannock Chase area will only add to it.
Why is the Yorks Bridge development intended to be the most densely built up area?
This exercise demonstrates that Green Belt protection is an empty gesture until someone wants the land.
When Cannock Chase reviews its housing plan, or S Staffs, will even more houses need to be built when they seek neighbouring authorities' assistance?
The Fordbrook is a potential flooding source to the fields proposed being built on.
