Draft Black Country Plan
Representation ID: 13664
Received: 28/10/2021
Respondent: Mrs Laauren Read
Representation Summary:
It is unacceptable that the council is proposing to bulldoze green spaces across the Black Country when there is so much derelict industrial land that can be built on. This plan should prioritize the use of brownfield sites for housing developments.
Removing acces to services is also unacceptable. Community Centres like at Charlemont provide a valuable asset to our communities. They must also be protected.
The number of houses proposed in all areas will also have negative effects on amenities, roads and schools.
