Representation Summary:

Have we not got plenty of disused factory lands in the Dudley area that can have residential housing built upon? I belive the answer is yes !Then pray ,why do we need to use precious Green Belt land ? Building 863 houses in Kingswinford would need a big plaster to cover the already stretched local amenities if this is to go ahead.I live in Stallings La where one hell of a lot of houses have been built on the old Ibstock Brick site. Now it has made the area pleasing to the eye and fixed a housing problem short term.It has however had an impact on the services and roads. Traffic has increased , putting my right to CLEAN AIR right out of the window, to get a Drs appointment is nigh on impossible, to add more stress on the Russells Hall Hospital which right at the moment is ready to shut its doors.Dentists in this area are full ,taking NO NHS patients.School classes are filled with 40+ in Primary to be
the norm .I may mention the Police .....is there still a force for this area? I won't mention the noise pollution and also the Bin men are getting later and later to the point some Tuesdays they end ip righting it off and starting on a Wednesday. Having lived here for 42yrs I know the residents feel more than enough has been done to help with the housing situation in.this area.So keep what little green belt we have GREEN and Pleasant areas we can go and enjoy.
I and my husband oppose the Green belt areas, being developed for housing in the Kingswinford areas.
I trust this will be taken on board when the time arises.
