The plan is nothing short of criminal vandalism. Whilst no one would dispute the need for more homes there are plenty of brownfield sites within the Dudley area without the need to destroy the green spaces which are essential for residents physical and mental wellbeing. New housing developments over the last few years have had a detrimental impact on traffic congestion and therefore pollution. Construction at the locations and on the scale proposed by the plan will create enormous problems for residents and the people of Dudley generally as the infrastructure will not cope.
