Draft Black Country Plan

Representation ID: 11039

Respondent: Mrs Jude Prime

Number of people: 2

Representation Summary:

To whom it may concern we, Adrian Prime and Judith Prime would like to register our concerns as regards the proposed building of house on green belt site.
Kingswinford and Wallheath are both small towns, and would be unable to successfully incorporate the extra traffic and parking this would bring. Lodge lane is already a very fast and potentially dangerous road, that has already seen fatalities, as there is a senior school on this road.It also joins the A449, which is a national speed road, that is always very busy, as it is main route to Wolverhampton, Stourbridge and Kidderminster.
Additional policing would be necessary, more shops, doctors, and dentists would be required so as not to overload existing services.
Councillor Patrick Harley has been put on record as saying that Dudley is committed to building on “suitable brown sites.” The above plot does not fall into this category.
Please reconsider building on this plot.Thank you.
Regards
Adrian Prime
