The plan for building a substantial number of new homes, is untenable in the area. Numerous houses have already been built at the Stallings Lane site in Kingswinford to build further homes on Holbeach is doubling the amount of already existing homes that the local infrastructure is already struggling to deal with. Additional homes in the Kingswinford area (the triangle) is expanding the residential numbers beyond capacity of schools, surgeries and local hospitals.
