highways impacts - roads are congested and dangerous
delivery of green belt loss mitigation - you will not offset the damage caused - read government guidelines
delivery of biodiversity net gain - biodiversity will plummet
delivery of recreational open space improvement - not needed

Here is reality - you will be ruining the lives and well-being of many local residents, not to mention wildlife and natural biodiverse habitats, Shame on Dudley Council - you will have a fight on your hands if you don't remove The Triangle from your under researched 'plans'.
