DUGT01 - This is a terrible site for travellers due to Delph Lane being an extremely narrow one track lane. There are a lot of objections to this development already, including a highways report which states how narrow the road is and that it is blind access from a very busy main road.
It is also in the centre of a housing estate and the site itself is between 2 houses. There are no turn around points in this narrow lane.
