Pollution both noise and air will rise exponentially, with grave impact to health.
Traffic congestion is already a major problem and 500+ houses will increase this
The public resources are stretched to the limit already
The local enviroment will be impacted massively at a time when the planet needs such rich resources
Wildlife needs our support and a balance struck in order for us all to benefit
