Loss of Green Belt. Once its gone, its lost for ever.to future generations.
Loss of green spaces contributes negatively to climate change.
Better to use Brown field and redevelop redundant commercial buildings.
Adverse impact on air quality. Area already has very high air pollution from vehicles.
More houses = more cars = more pollution. Area A449/A491 is grid locked at peak times.
30min + travel at peak times to Wolverhampton / Stourbridge rail stations.
Adverse impact on local services. Doctors, schools etc. There are capacity issues now.
"High value" houses do nor resolve the issue of affordable / social houses.
